A wonderful family in Hereford, Herefordshire is looking for an experienced nanny to join their household on a full time basis. The role involves supporting the family's daily routines, ensuring smooth week ending through thoughtful planning, organisation and proactive time management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute engaging activities for the two children (ages 5 and 1) that suit their interests.
  • Maintain a calm, harmonious environment in the playroom and other child focused areas.
  • Prepare children's meals, set up play areas and manage their morning and evening routines.
  • Coordinate outings, creative play and age appropriate developmental activities when the children are home.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to build a positive partnership and anticipate their needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 3 in childcare or higher.
  • Experience in a similar nanny or childcare role.
  • Up to date enhanced DBS certificate, a 12 hour paediatric first aid certificate and at least two professional referees, including a current or former employer.
  • Preferred experience working with neurodiversity.
  • Legal right to work in the UK, possession of a car and willingness to drive.

Hours & Compensation

  • 2 days a week - start at 7:30 am.
  • 1 day a week - finish at 7:00 pm.
  • 2-3 days a week - finish at 16:30 pm is possible.
  • Monday - Friday.
  • Annual gross salary: £55,380. This is a permanent position.
  • A dog is part of the household.
