Are you ready for the next step in your nursing career? We are seeking a motivated nurse with proven leadership skills in emergency nursing at Band 7 to join an established team of senior nurses. This role provides senior nursing oversight to the Emergency Department and the Same Day Emergency Care Unit. You will be responsible for the provision of clinical leadership, support, and decision making from the patient's arrival to hospital and throughout their journey in ED and SDEC on a rotational basis covering day and night duties 7 days a week.
Responsibilities
- The post holder will be expected to display excellent communication skills, have high standards of care and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- The post holder is responsible for the management of the nursing team within ED and SDEC and for the continued development of ED and SDEC nursing, adhering to the Trust values, missions and Leadership Charter.

- Registered Nurse
- Post Registration Qualification within Specialty or equivalent
