Who are we looking for?
Dynamic, customer‑focused individuals who are eager to grow personally and professionally. The role requires a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring the best experience for our customers.
What will you be doing?
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers.
- Respond to voicemails and manage social media interactions.
- Provide product advice for vehicle components (training provided).
- Handle pre‑sale and post‑sale customer service enquiries.
- Perform general office duties.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers and other departments to support our customers.
- Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a one‑hour break.
