We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts (days, nights, weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.
Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. Due to the occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants for this role.
Your day-to-day:
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
