About the School: Our school offers A Level, T Level, Vocational Level 3, Level 2, Level 1 and Adult courses, and leads the Ministry of Defence's Cyber Bursary Scheme. It also operates as a MEGA Hub for CyberFirst's engagement with local high schools.

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly successful curriculum manager or course leader from computing and digital technologies or other subject areas to become the next Head of School: Computing and Digital Technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear strategic and operational leadership to drive the department's development.
  • Ensure an ambitious, responsive curriculum aligned with sector developments and local, regional and national skills priorities.
  • Secure consistently strong outcomes, positive destinations and aspirations for all learners.

Qualifications:

  • Strong track record of high-quality learner‑centred and evidence‑informed teaching.
  • Leadership credibility to support and challenge a team of dedicated subject specialists to deliver sustained improvement and change.
