Head of Lettings - Parsons Green
Location: Parsons Green
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic
OTE: £80,000 - £100,000+ (uncapped commission)

Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Lettings or Senior Lettings Manager to lead a successful residential lettings team in Parsons Green. This role is ideal for a driven, commercially minded individual looking to progress within a well‑established and growing estate agency brand. You will be responsible for driving lettings performance, winning new business, and managing key landlord and tenant relationships within one of London's most sought‑after property markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and develop a team of lettings negotiators
- Drive new lets, renewals, and overall branch revenue
- Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and tenants
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and oversee deals through to completion
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and increase profitability
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Manager, or Head of Lettings
- Proven track record in generating new business and exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of the Parsons Green or wider South West London lettings market
- ARLA qualified or currently working towards qualification
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Commercially aware and target‑driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence
