Hours: 37 hours per week (includes evening, overnight, and weekend working, reflecting the nature of a 52‑week residential operation).

• Leading the development and sustainability of the Centre.
• Overseeing staff, programmes, facilities, and resources.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborating with Notts Outdoors to promote outdoor activities.
• Managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.

• A relevant qualification in outdoor education, management, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a leadership role within an educational or outdoor setting.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in outdoor environments.

• Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage with staff, families, and stakeholders.
• Problem‑Solving: Capability to manage challenging situations with a calm and positive approach.
