Key Responsibilities- Leading the development and sustainability of the Centre.
- Overseeing staff, programmes, facilities, and resources.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating with Notts Outdoors to promote outdoor activities.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.
- A relevant qualification in outdoor education, management, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a leadership role within an educational or outdoor setting.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
