The predicted salary is between 27360 - 39520 £ per year.

Salary: £13 per hour + Service charge (Earning up to £19 per hour)

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure guests' needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
  • Collaborative teamwork; work closely with managers, bar tenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
  • Demonstrate your passion for cocktails & drinks, including understanding ingredients and preparation methods, provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service area, proactively clear and service tables.
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system.

About you:

  • Have previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a fast paced Hospitality environment.
  • Be passionate and care about the detail, love hospitality and enjoy what you do.
  • Ideally have a strong wine knowledge.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and evening shifts.
  • Previous experience in a high end and high volume establishment is preferable.
