The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment of the department's qualitative and quantitative targets.

Conveys the hotel's image and atmosphere through exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability, and frequent presence in the department.

Coordinating and supporting the bar team to ensure efficient service.

Overseeing the cocktail bar, dispense, lounges and snug while maintaining standards and guest satisfaction.

Clearly conveying information to both guests and staff, facilitating smooth running.

Resolving any issues or complaints to maintain guest satisfaction and escalating where necessary.

Working with hosts and manager to set up and deliver functions, private dining and special requests from restaurant guests and hotel residents.

Mentoring and training staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and service.
