Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Ensure that onsite grouting processes are followed, and quality of works is to an acceptable standard. Assist grouting teams to ensure product cubes are completed to the desired standard. Create and update the 'Cube Test Register'. Check the positioning and presence of M&E elements within units. Ensure that the surface finish of units is to the correct specification. Raise and issue manufacturer defects, inclusive of an estimated time and motion. Management of mastic application inclusive of quality assurance. Management of project based diamond drilling tasks. Snag completed works to ensure they are to an acceptable standard. Complete structural / cosmetic handover documents and issue to the client. Assist manufacture teams with quality assurance checking of units within factories. Report against programme to the Project team. Be responsible for plant and equipment.
- Leadership: Briefing the site team as to daily / weekly activities and input to daily project de briefs. Manage and lead on site finishing teams. Manage ER issues with your team. Direct on site manufacturer finishing resource to complete tasks.
- Health and Safety: Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times. Ability to create RAMS and addendums. Follow any temporary works guidance and guidelines.
