We have an existing opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team, providing a centralised minute taking service to our four localities. This is a rewarding role that gives you the opportunity to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as an Administrative Assistant within the minute taking service, liaising with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange, co-ordinate, complete and distribute minutes of meetings, including Child Protection, Adult Support and Protection meetings.
- Attend meetings (mostly via Microsoft Teams) to take a faithful record of the meeting using agreed templates, incorporating the service user care plan.
- Update electronic systems, including the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Child Protection Register.
Qualifications
- Excellent keyboard, oral and written communication skills.
- Experience taking records of meetings in an office environment.
- Proficient typing speed and attention to detail.
