We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced conveyancing assistant to join our busy conveyancing team in our Colchester office. You will be highly motivated and possess excellent legal knowledge in this area of law.
Responsibilities
- Support the conveyancing fee earners with their files from start to finish, including giving quotes and dealing with post completion matters.
- Use our case management system to manage and progress conveyancing matters.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communications skills
- Good knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
- Good client care and time management skills
- Previous conveyancing experience of at least 12 months
