Now we are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our thriving department in Chelmsford or Colchester.

The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work.

- Support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to grow both your own and the firm's professional network.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross‐referrals and firm‐wide growth.
What About You
You'll ideally come from a Commercial Property background in a well‐regarded law firm. It's likely you'll have around 5+ years PQE. Importantly, you'll have the ability to offer advice that will achieve the best result for the client. With a proactive, self‐motivated approach, you'll have the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
