We are recruiting for a Commis Chef at Crathorne Hall Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. This position offers a dynamic culinary environment within a luxury hotel setting.

You will be trained to transform fresh ingredients into high‑quality dishes for the hotel and its fine dining restaurant. Daily work involves preparing a variety of foods while adhering to strict food hygiene standards and the hotel’s high service expectations.

Qualifications

  • Current base knowledge and experience in kitchens within a quality‑driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities.
  • Flexible approach to assist in different kitchen areas as business and guest needs dictate.
  • High emotional intelligence, enabling anticipation of guest needs for a Hand Picked experience.
  • Ability to deliver the guest experience standards of Hand Picked Hotels, going above and beyond to ensure guests receive a high‑quality, personalized, magical experience.
