- Providing administrative support to the wider projects and operations team
- Coordinating schedules, diaries, and workloads to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers
- Managing project documentation, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records
- Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with reporting, job tracking, and general office administration
- Supporting with invoicing and documentation where required
- Proactively identifying issues and helping to keep projects on track
- Previous experience in a busy administrative or project support role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to use your own initiative
- Strong communication skills - confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
