Whether you're already working in education and looking for your next role, or if you're working in industry and looking to change your career path, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join our Catering curriculum team in readiness for the start of the 2026/27 academic year, with an aimed start date of 19 August 2026.
Sharing your knowledge to unlock potential whilst guiding our learners through their studies, you'll work as part of the curriculum team to create and deliver lessons across a range of qualification levels, inspiring achievement and the best possible outcomes. The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery.
We are seeking a passionate and industry‐experienced Lecturer in Catering to deliver engaging, high‐quality teaching across a range of hospitality and catering programmes. This role offers the opportunity to develop learners' culinary skills, creativity, and understanding of professional kitchen practices within a realistic working environment. The successful candidate will plan and deliver effective lessons, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and progression.
With a strong knowledge of current food trends, health and safety standards, and customer service expectations, you will help prepare learners for successful careers in the hospitality and catering industry while contributing to curriculum development and maintaining excellent standards of teaching and learning.
