As a Graduate Business Development Executive, the package you will receive is:

  • Uncapped commission, expect £37,000+ OTE in year 1

What will you be doing?

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify, qualify and book new business opportunities with health and safety professionals. You will look to help win contracts that can exceed £150k. Your role focuses on researching and sourcing potential businesses, so you can proactively target these companies via phone, email and LinkedIn. Progression is highly encouraged within this company and they promote from within, seeing roles such as Senior BDE, Business Development Manager, and Account Executive or a variety of other routes as potential growth opportunities.
