About the role
This role is for tactical work, which would suit someone who wants to supplement another job, is looking for occasional work or seasonal hours.
How you'll deliver excellence
- Compliance and Standards - Know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
- Implementation of Planograms - Follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
- Product Placement and Replenishment - Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup - Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong communication and relationship building - Build and maintain good working relationships with in store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Feedback - Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via the feedback application.
