As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a part-time Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Cowick to provide our customers with excellent customer service and support from order entry through to delivery, ensuring orders are managed efficiently and customer needs are met at every stage of the process.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Educated to GCSE level, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Confident using systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience using SAP would be advantageous.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience, supporting customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service from order entry through to delivery.
  • Providing excellent customer service to a dedicated account portfolio.
  • Being the main point of contact for all customer enquiries.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to support satisfaction, retention and long-term business growth.
  • Setting up and maintaining accurate customer master data.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, including understanding of stock availability.
  • Managing the full customer service process from order entry through to delivery.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Handle customer aftercare including complaints, delivery issues and service-related problems to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Working to meet KPI's and SLA's.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement to the customer service process.
