Knights is launching a new Food Hall at Nags Hall and we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to supervise this venture. You will act as a brand ambassador for the Knights Food Hall, promoting local, sustainable produce, and building strong customer relationships. You will be overseeing the daily operations of the food hall, maximising sales and profit, whilst delivering excellent customer service. Other responsibilities will include managing seasonal displays and campaigns, cost and stock control, ensuring full compliance with food safety, and being responsible for the recruitment and development of the food hall team.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Food hall retail or farm shop management experience
- Commercial mindset to maximise profit and sales
- Team management experience including recruitment, rotas, training and performance
- Strong understanding of food safety and health and safety in a food retail environment
- EPOS stock management experience
