Because structured products typically offer higher returns than savings accounts, they also carry higher risk. Accordingly, the issuance of a structured product is highly regulated.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Help with the organization and maintenance of legal files and documentation.
