Our client requires an experienced Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for the effective leadership of warehouse operations, ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. The successful individual will oversee people, processes, and performance while driving high standards across all warehousing and distribution activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Manage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Monitor stock accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse organisation.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage KPIs relating to productivity, service levels, and stock accuracy.
  • Coordinate with transport, procurement, and supply chain teams.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
