We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our talented front of house team at the Orchid Restaurant within Dalmeny Park House Hotel, ensuring high standards and exceptional service. What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow
- Recruit, schedule, and develop team members to maintain performance and morale
- Monitor financial performance; including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control
- Drive revenue through effective upselling and excellent guest engagement
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation
- Handle guest feedback professionally, turning any issues into opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Duty Manager in a quality hotel or restaurant
- Experience in fast paced venue is beneficial
- Strong leadership and communication skills
