Allstaff Office Services Division are working with our key clients in the Glasgow, North and South Lanarkshire area, who require a temporary Receptionist for ad-hoc cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers into the business and offer refreshments to waiting guests
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, passing messages to the correct department
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and great customer service skills
- Immediately available on the market
- Own transport is advantageous due to the location of some of our clients
Shifts and Work Hours
- Shift times are usually between 8 am and 6 pm latest and mostly weekdays, occasionally weekend work.
