What you'll be doing:
- Lead the end to end lifecycle of manufacturing products, from concept through to delivery and optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features based on customer needs and market trends.
- Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
What you'll bring:
- Strong background in manufacturing, with a good understanding of production processes and engineering principles.
