General Manager, ClassforKids – Access Non Profit & Education (NPE) Division. The role is a senior commercial leader who drives ClassforKids’ sustainable revenue growth, product performance, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the 3-year product‑level commercial strategy, defining the "WHAT" of product direction and enabling delivery through strong matrix leadership.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and manage product performance and customer outcomes.
  • Own product-level P&L, pipeline management, churn, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR).
  • Lead cross-functional teams within matrix environments to translate strategy into execution.
  • Apply AI and emerging tools to drive outsized impact and continuously learn and adapt.

Qualifications

  • Proven senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within a software or technology organization.
  • Strong background in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline management, churn) and experience owning product strategy and revenue outcomes.
  • Skilled in cross-functional leadership within matrix environments and excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with AI tools and an evident appetite for continuous learning.
  • Passion or experience within the Non-Profit or Education sectors is desirable.
