We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner at Maven Capital Partners, based in our Glasgow office, on a part time basis, 3 days a week. A key role at the heart of the business, providing high quality administrative and operational support while ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing private equity firm, working at the heart of the business and supporting senior leadership day to day.

The role & responsibilities:

  • Managing a busy and ever changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively handled.
  • Monitoring emails and drafting responses where appropriate.
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including international travel.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organising meetings end to end, including agendas, papers, and logistics.
  • Supporting events and wider business activities.
  • Preparing expense claims and assisting with general administration.
  • Building strong relationships with senior executives, clients, and advisers.

About you:

  • Has proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communicates confidently and professionally.
  • Handles confidential information with discretion.
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Thrives in a fast paced, professional environment.
