Our Restaurant & Bar Team are the ones delivering our Guests dining experience and they are responsible for delivering the standard of service expected. On a quiet shift they can be found doing all the little jobs like cleaning, maintaining or training - the jobs that keep them up to date and our venues at the standard they should be. On a busy evening or weekend service they are wherever they are needed, making delicious cocktails, preparing hot drinks, serving coffees and cakes, running meals from the Kitchen or getting extra chairs for a large group.

Understanding the importance of teamwork, our team are great at multi-tasking, being experienced in all aspects of the Restaurant they know the hard work and attention to detail required. All of our teams are highly engaged with all teams in the venue as well as the wider group and take a keen interest in the direction and journey of the business as a whole.

It's just the beginning! But a business is only as strong as its people, so we need more amazing, passionate, determined people to help us create real change in our organisation (and industry). We pay a fair wage - with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave - with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
