We are looking for a self motivated, customer focused person with exceptional communication and organisational skills to join our Housing Services Team. You will thrive in a performance driven environment where delivering excellent results and outstanding customer care is at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers with managing their rent accounts
  • Arranging property repairs and maintenance
  • Helping manage empty properties
  • Assisting with new tenant allocations
  • Looking after our estates and neighbourhoods

Every day will bring something different, and you will play a key part in supporting our customers and our communities. We are looking for someone with proven experience (not necessarily in housing) who is eager to learn, seek out knowledge, and consistently demonstrate Pineview's values - treating others with respect, acting with integrity, working collaboratively for our community, and striving for excellence in everything they do. You will receive full training and ongoing support to help you grow your skills and develop your career. This role may also suit a graduate trainee looking to build a future in housing.

Normal hours of work: 35 per week, worked over 5 days, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, exclusive of a one hour lunch break (the office closes at 4pm on a Friday).
