We are looking to recruit a full time Asset Management Officer to provide additional support to the team whilst we continue our digital transformation and delivery of our planned maintenance contracts. Join a supportive team. Shape homes. Deliver real impact.

Provanhall Housing Association is looking for a motivated and organised Asset Management Officer to help deliver our 18 month Planned Maintenance Programme. We are offering an office based role with a salary range of £44,106 - £46,896 per annum.

This is a hands on role where you'll manage projects from start to finish, work closely with contractors and colleagues, and make a direct difference to the quality and safety of our tenants' homes.
