Responsibilities
- Responsible for all activities that affect the service of food & beverage products.
- Manage the bar by providing leadership, overall supervision and control to ensure a high degree of guest satisfaction while operating within established standards and budget for revenue, costs and other goals.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of all Bars Standards, quality presentation, service and products, and local health and sanitation standards.
- Knowledge of Beverage drinks.
- Displays proper and safe use of all equipment.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
- Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
