Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all activities that affect the service of food & beverage products.
  • Manage the bar by providing leadership, overall supervision and control to ensure a high degree of guest satisfaction while operating within established standards and budget for revenue, costs and other goals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of all Bars Standards, quality presentation, service and products, and local health and sanitation standards.
  • Knowledge of Beverage drinks.
  • Displays proper and safe use of all equipment.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
  • Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A team player, contributing positively to team performance.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest.
  • Previous, similar experience in a 4 - 5 Star environment is required.
