Entrepreneurial and able to spot every chance to drive sales in your restaurant whilst making strong links with your local community. This is a commercial role with tons of opportunity to make it your own. Lead a multichannel business, inspire and motivate your team & deliver KPIs through your people.

  • Previous management experience in a customer facing sector, ideally hospitality
  • A natural leader, able to create and motivate a high performing team
  • Exceptional P&L management skills
