We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our busy and supportive team at Waverley Medical Practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service within our practice.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Managing telephone enquiries and appointment bookings
- Processing patient information accurately and confidentially
- Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the reception area
Hours of Work
20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm
About You
- Previous reception or administrative experience (ideally within a healthcare setting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong organisational and IT skills
