Cheval Collection are currently recruiting a Front Office Porter to join our dedicated Front Office team and play a vital role in delivering warm, professional, and polished service at the heart of our residences. As a Front Office Porter, you will be one of the first and last people our guests meet, making you a vital ambassador for the Cheval brand. This is a highly visible, front line role where your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail directly shape each guest's experience.
You will be at the heart of the residence's daily operations, creating a welcoming and reassuring environment from the moment guests arrive. Whether assisting with luggage, managing post and deliveries, or responding to general enquiries, you'll ensure every interaction is handled efficiently and courteously. Alongside delivering exceptional service, you will play an important role in maintaining the safety and presentation of the residence. By following security procedures and keeping the lobby and forecourt areas clean, tidy, and inviting, you will help uphold the high standards our guests expect.
Working closely with colleagues across departments, as well as chauffeurs, delivery personnel, and visitors, you'll contribute to a smooth running operation and a consistently positive guest journey. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will help create memorable first and last impressions, encouraging guests to return and reinforcing the outstanding reputation of Cheval Gloucester Park. The role is closely supervised by the Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager, who will support you in prioritising and completing daily tasks effectively.

- Maintain safety and presentation of the residence by following security procedures and keeping the lobby and forecourt areas clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Work with colleagues across departments, chauffeurs, delivery personnel, and visitors to support a smooth operation and positive guest journey.
- Contribute to memorable first and last impressions to encourage guest return and uphold the Cheval Gloucester Park reputation.
- Operate under the supervision of the Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager to prioritise and complete daily tasks.
