We are seeking a highly professional and personable Front of House Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, client facing environment and enjoys providing first class support to both visitors and colleagues.

As the first point of contact, you will represent the business with a warm, professional welcome while ensuring the smooth running of reception and wider office support functions. Alongside your front of house duties, you will provide administrative support to internal teams, helping maintain high standards of service and compliance across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and managing front desk phones across multiple UK offices
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, couriers, travel bookings, and office supplies
  • Providing document support, including formatting, QA checks, and binding reports
  • Supporting facilities and maintenance needs within the London office
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance and service standards are met
  • Supporting internal teams with scheduling and ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a front of house or receptionist role is essential
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
