Our client is currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist to support the team providing a professional and friendly welcome to staff and clients. We are looking for someone bright, pro‑active and on the ball for this vibrant energetic business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all visitors, providing a professional warm welcome
  • Answer calls and deal with queries and enquiries
  • Record data accurately onto in‑house system
  • Take receipt of deliveries, manage a busy inbox and respond to enquiries
  • Replenish and maintain coffee machine and keep the area clean and tidy
  • Perform any other duties as requested within capability
