As one of the UK's fastest-growing and one of the world's most exciting yoga brands, with studios across London, New York, Rome and New Zealand, we're always on the lookout for great people to join the Fierce Grace team. As a studio receptionist, you'll be the face of the brand and the first person our clients see when they enter the studio, so excellent communication and people skills are a must. You'll need to be proactive, able to work well under pressure and will thrive on working in a vibrant environment with an interest in yoga and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • A real people person with great communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Hospitality, retail or leisure experience or similar, sales experience.
  • Organisational skills, ability to multi-task and complete office administration, work as part of a team and independently.
  • A positive attitude and friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and customer service.
  • Opening and setting up the studio before and after class and day-to-day oversight of the business.
  • Communicating with studio members, answering their questions, and discussing and selling our various membership options, assessing the best option for each member.
  • Office administration, working as part of a team and independently.
  • Part of the role requires minor heavy lifting and some physical work.
