Who we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate, grounded Registered Manager who has the emotional intelligence, resilience, and professional maturity to lead a small but high-functioning residential home. This person must understand therapeutic care, champion relational practice, and be committed to leading with warmth, clarity and accountability.
You will have:
- Experience managing or deputising in a children's home
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
- A therapeutic, child-centred approach
- The ability to mentor and lead a settled and skilled team

You'll be joining a small, values-led provider with a flat structure - where Directors, RMs, and Support Workers work in genuine partnership.
Size & Structure: Flat structure with 2 Directors, RI, RMs, Deputy Managers, Seniors & RSWs
Number of Homes: 5 beautiful rural homes
Other Services: supported accommodation for care leavers aged 18+
