Shift: Days (3s and 2s days) – Hours: 06:00‑17:15pm

Pay Rate: £14.37 per hour (basic). Transport: Own transport required. Job Type: Permanent. Location: Spalding, PE11 2BB.

We manufacture a wide range of high‑quality chilled products for our dedicated customers. Your role will involve working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment to keep production lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Produce products according to established manufacturing processes.
  • Follow Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene on the production line.
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Operate machinery and processes to meet production targets.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

  • Plenty of drive, motivation, and ambition.
  • Desire to learn about Food Safety and GMP.
  • Willingness to wear PPE.
  • Ability to work hard and be a good team player.
  • Keen eye for detail and basic understanding of English and Maths.
