We're looking for a proactive and driven Manufacturing Operative to join our fast paced team at Natures Way Foods. In this hands on role, you'll be at the heart of our production process - ensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first.

Shift Pattern

We operate a rotational shift pattern covering both days and nights 7:00am-7:00pm. You will work a total of 14 days within a 28 day period. Typically, your working pattern will be as follows:

  • Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

Responsibilities

  • Operating specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times.
  • Supervising Production Operatives and agency staff working on site.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being followed at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur.
  • Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality.
  • Reporting any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non Conformances to Line Manager promptly.
