We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and team management in our food and beverage operations.
- Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests.
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and other food service areas.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and control costs whilst maintaining quality.
- Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Organise and oversee special events and promotions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, set goals, and address any concerns.
- Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll within the department.
- Contribute to the development of new service procedures and standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar food and beverage leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing team members.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in managing teams and delegating tasks effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality management are desirable, but not mandatory.
