We are on the lookout for a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where our members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the indoor and outdoor operations of the club room.
  • Lead and supervise a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
  • Plan, coordinate and host events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other member activities.
  • Create an environment where the team feels belonging, can thrive physically and mentally, and fulfil their full potential.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a self‑motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members, a strong team player with collaboration skills, and has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
