As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you'll be a vital part of creating memorable experiences for our guests - delivering hospitality with a smile, supporting your colleagues, and taking pride in every detail.

What You'll Do

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our food and beverage service, supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner operations. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing the highest standards of service to guests, ensuring all needs and expectations are met.
  • Preparing and setting up food and beverage areas for service.
  • Keeping the restaurant and beverage areas clean and tidy at all times.
  • Greeting guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in your designated area.
  • Offering menu recommendations and upselling products when appropriate.
  • Processing payments for food and drinks accurately and efficiently.
  • Being knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Assisting with any reasonable guest requests and helping them enjoy their stay.
  • Ensuring any guest concerns are resolved courteously and reporting issues to the Duty Manager.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is helpful, but not essential - full training will be provided.
