Our prestigious client, Johnnie Walker Princes Street is currently looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Your Time at Work
- As a F &B Assistant, you will be passionate about drinks culture, our innovative menu, and a strong team player, ensuring our guests receive world class cocktails, exceptional whiskies, and locally sourced Scottish small bite cuisine.
- Assist bartenders and kitchen staff in providing exceptional customer service and serving innovative, world class drinks.
- Consistently restock the bar and food serving stations while ensuring all glassware and serving utensils are collected and cleaned.
- Offer advice, guidance and recommendations to visitors about Johnnie Walker and the wider Diageo portfolio to help them explore our flavours on their personal whisky adventure.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Motivated, good at multi-tasking, responsible, and organised.
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous.
- Focused on the customer experience, available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Willing to assist across all areas of the food and beverage department when required.
