What you’ll do:
- Be the first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network isn't around to help.
- Manage the health and safety of the building, patrolling to check fire doors, making sure everything is locked and secure.
- Think on your feet and manage a situation on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising the alarm when we need to engage the emergency services.
- Help ensure that everything is clean and tidy.

You have:
- Flexibility to work at short notice, as you'll be the one picking your next shift.
- Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues.
- Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
- Experience of caring for others - professionally or personally.
- Waking nights shifts available 7x nights a week, starting at 6pm.
- Day shifts available at weekends, 11-hour shifts.
- An Enhanced with barring list (we pay).
- A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage.
