The Job Role
Working within the Fire Safety division, the main purpose of the role is to work with the Fire Door and Asset Inspection team to provide support for administering Inspection schedules and reports for key clients and Inspectors.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the Fire Door/Asset Inspection team with activity and data tracking across the program.
- Maintaining accurate records based on information provided by Fire Inspectors.
- Assisting with providing records to the finance team to allow invoicing to take place.
- Contributing to the improvement of procedures in this new area of asset management.
Skills
- Previous administrative experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- An ability to proactively manage workload and deal with the conflicting demands of a high-paced and high-pressure environment with clear deadlines.
- An understanding of current legislation, guidance, best practice relating to Fire Door/Asset Inspections, or a willingness to learn.
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office suite.
