Overview Support would mainly be on Tuesdays and Fridays, with occasional evening and weekend work available. You will assist a fun and outgoing 36 year old woman with Down syndrome in her active and fulfilling lifestyle. She occasionally uses a wheelchair but participates in activities such as dancing, music, bowling, trampolining and football matches. Responsibilities * Provide positive, reliable and caring support during scheduled workdays. * Encourage independence and engage in activities together. * Offer flexibility to meet evolving needs. * Assist with community outings, potentially using a personal vehicle if available. Qualifications * Experience supporting people with learning disabilities is beneficial. * Training will be provided. * Driver with access to own vehicle preferred but not mandatory. * Understanding of PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) requirements; completion required for successful applicants.
