Role overview
We are looking for experienced, proactive, and collaborative Installation Technicians. With our London fibre network now fully built, the focus of this role is on delivering high-quality installations, maintaining network integrity, resolving faults, and connecting customers to our infrastructure. This is a hands‑on, field-based role where you will work across London, delivering exceptional service from street‑level infrastructure through to customer premises. You will play a critical role in ensuring our network performs to the highest standards and that customers experience seamless, reliable connectivity. As Vorboss continues to grow, we remain committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that represents our brand and the city we serve. Key responsibilities
- To build and maintain our fibre network in the streets of London, including surveying and completing installations in some of the most prestigious office space in London.
- To perform detailed and technical fibre installations and networking jobs to serve our customers.
- To complete physical work, involving handling equipment and moving chamber lids.
- To have the endurance to work in many environments (outdoors, indoors, underground, and at height).
- To maintain fibre installation equipment and company vehicles to a reasonable standard.

- You will work closely with our field operations team, warehouse and logistics teams, planning engineers, and customer success teams.
