We're looking for that extra special individual who oozes our ONETAPI Leadership behaviours and is energized about creating a great customer experience! Tapi are offering an enthusiastic, driven individual the opportunity to join the Tapi family. Responsibilities

  • Controlling all administrative activities across the store.
  • Work together with your store team to "wow" our customers at every turn.
  • Support Store colleagues to meet and greet customers as they enter the store.
  • Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with their order completions, as well as post sales questions and (very rarely!) escalating the odd complaint.
  • Keeping orders on track, regularly liaising with suppliers, fitters, and estimators.
  • Oversee the diaries of our Home Consultants, Estimators and Fitting partners.
  • Maintain control of company cash and daily banking.
  • Liaising with customers to keep them updated on their order (with a bit of Tapi charm thrown in!).
  • Undertake stock takes and audits on a weekly basis.
  • Always be on the lookout for new ways to improve our store, our service, and better serve our customers.
