My client, a prestigious Top 100 UK law firm, is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its well-established and highly regarded team in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to take on a senior role with high levels of responsibility, client exposure, and clear progression prospects.

You will play a key role within the employment team, advising a high-quality client base that includes employers, senior executives, and businesses across a range of sectors. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, including:

  • Complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Strategic advisory work for employers, including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE
  • Drafting and negotiating senior executive service agreements and settlement agreements
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Business development and strengthening client relationships

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer in England & Wales with 4-8 years' PQE in employment law
  • Strong technical expertise with experience managing complex matters
